Mas des Bruyères is a charming gîte located in Chantemerle-lès-Grignan, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, surrounded by nature, ideal for a green getaway with family, friends or as a couple.

The 135 m² single-storey cottage is fully air-conditioned, secured by an alarm system and has Wi-Fi. 

It includes three bedrooms (each with a 160x200 double bed), a bathroom with shower, a separate WC, a living room with dining area and television, a small lounge with sofa bed, a laundry room with washing machine and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, filter and Senseo coffee makers...).

Yes, your private outdoor space includes a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, a pool house with table, chairs and sun loungers, as well as a private 7m x 4m swimming pool, accessible at any time.

Rentals are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. During the low season, from mid-September to May, a minimum stay of 3 days/2 nights is required. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit; in case of cancellation less than 72 hours before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable except in cases of serious and duly justified reasons. A security deposit of €100 is required upon arrival.

Arrival is from 4pm on Saturday and departure is before 10am.

The cottage accommodates 1 to 6 people. It's perfect for all your stays!

Bed linen, household linen and towels are provided, a baby cot is available, four to five parking spaces are available on site and pets are accepted at no extra charge.

Mas des Bruyères is an ideal starting point for discovering the Drôme Provençale: charming villages, lavender fields and vineyards, with the possibility of wine tastings in the region.
